Field Agent

As a Field Agent, you are your boss.

Technically, you will be on a team with a manager, but you will be in charge of your schedule and how much money you can make. The management team will work with you to create and reach, if not exceed, your financial goals. 

You will be responsible for running Medicare, and Life Insurance leads provided for you, so you will never waste your time or money trying to find leads.

We also provide you with a marketing team to assist with building a profitable book of business, armed with personalized materials and backed by Senior Solutions overall branding. Client Development Specialist

Our inside sales department is where the fun is! You never know what you will get; breakfast made by the leadership team, luncheons, taco Tuesdays, disco lights, flying butterflies, and more!

At our Corporate Headquarters in New Albany, IN., you will be our Client Development Specialist in our call center. In this position, you will be provided with continuous warm leads and a constant flux of outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, offer solutions to improve the lives of our clients, and make a great living while doing it! 

We offer the following:

  • Paid training and licensing 

  • Part-time, Full-time positions

  • Your own desk/workplace

  • Continuous education 

  • Salary + Commissions + Bonus

  • Annual renewal commissions

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

  • Contact potential clients at their request 

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by a deadline

  • Resolve client inquiries 

  • Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of the latest developments

To qualify, we ask that you:

  • Have previous sales experience, customer service, or a strong desire to earn a good living

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, or the ability to learn

  • Ability to build and retain a rapport

  • Ability to meet deadlines and be detailed oriented.
